1911 (19th July) INTERPROVINCIAL PERIOD (Transvaal used in Cape). Official printed ON HIS MAJESTY’S SERVICE envelope with ‘General Post Office / CAPE TOWN’ at lower left. Addressed and sent registered to Wolmaransstad, bearing a pair of Transvaal KEVII 2½d bright ultramarine (SG 276) tied by a neat Registered Cape Town (19 July) oval datestamp with a Cape Town registration cachet struck in blue. Wolmaransstad (22 July) arrival backstamp and flap with embossed coat-of-arms in vermilion. Cover a little roughly opened at top, clear of adhesives. A clean and attractive cover and a very scarce duty to find on cover.
