| 1897 ‘2½’ surcharge on 3d ultramarine. Complete upper right PANE OF 60 with margins on three sides and showing plate ‘1 at top. One stamp (position 46 on pane) with variety ROMAN ‘1’ AND ANTIQUE ‘2’. Odd tone spot affects six stamps though the majority, including the variety, are superb fresh unmounted mint.
