Block of 18 being the upper three rows of the sheet, showing arrow in margin and additionally 'ladder' from roof to sky (row 1/4), retouched frame line in lower left corner (row 1/6), closed 'G' of 'POSTAGE' (row 2/2) and 'tree' on roof at right (row 2/4) flaws.
