| 1963 4th February, envelope bearing a 1d postage stamp and an incorrectly used 2d revenue stamp. The envelope received a circular ‘TO PAY / 4d’ marking and a pair of Federal 2d postage due stamps (SG D2) were affixed (signifying double the 2d deficiency) and cancelled Salisbury (6 Feb). |
