| 1961 14th September, envelope bearing three incorrectly used 1d revenue stamps. The envelope received a circular ‘TO PAY / 6d’ marking and a 6d Federal postage due stamp (SG D4) was affixed (signifying double the 3d deficiency) and cancelled Salisbury (15 Sep). |
