1952 4th March, page taken from a Southern Rhodesia Passport applied with KGVI 2/- x four regular issue (SG 50), cancelled red oval 'IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT' cachets. Apparently required for the issue of a Visa to visit the Sudan with the application of a Sudan 50 Piastres overprinted 'PASSPORT' cancelled with maroon circular 'BRITISH EMBASSY CONSULAR / KHARTOUM' cachets. Highly unusual.
