| Postal History 1948 10th May, cover bearing single 2F Leopard with a second apparently lost, cancelled LULUA(?) addressed to France. Then struck with French black 'Accident Avion Sabena (etc.)' cachet and ink endorsements upper right. Retreived from the ill-fated Douglas DC4 flight which crashed on the 13th May near Magazini en route Leopoldville to Libenga with the loss of all but one of the 32 people on board. Scarce. |
