W. Sykes.’ Addressed to England (readdressed on arrival) and cancelled with an MPIKA (NO 13 / 05) squared circle datestamp. With FORT JAMESON (20 Nov) and Salisbury (14 Dec) transit datestamps struck on the front. Usual minor corner creasing otherwise a fine example of this rare first canceller type issued to Mpika. |
