| Postal History / Postage Dues 1946 (August), window envelope sent unsealed from Southern Rhodesia, bearing a single KGVI ½d (SG 40) tied by a large Bulawayo datestamp. The envelope was taxed and bears a small ‘T2d’ in manuscript. This was apparently cancelled and replaced with a ‘1d’ and a marginal postage due 1d grey-black (SG D1) was affixed partly over the Rhodesian stamp and tied by a KITWE (26 Aug) double circle datestamp with an additional strike on the reverse. A fine example of an incoming taxed item.
