1944 13th June, envelope endorsed at top 'ON ACTIVE SERVICE' and sent without charge. Struck with crisp violet oval '(Crown) / RHODESIAN / OFFICIAL FREE / AIR TRAINING GROUP' and then despatch 'NORTON / S. RHODESIA' datestamp. Addressed to Johannesburg and sent by one A/CI Brown, Hut A2 RAF, Norton, Nr Salisbury. Opening tear at top otherwise fine and clean. Scarce.
