c1937 KGVI definitive. Essay for the proposed 10/- duty utilising an image of Deception Islands within the frame much as issued, photographic in shades of grey. Pasted into a presentation card with protective flap with the image signed below 'G. Roberts', and with a Centenary 4d applied as the suggestion for the frame colour. A most unusual essay, no doubt unique.
