1891 Cape 2d bistre with overprint (stereo) reading upwards. An UPPER RIGHT PANE OF 60 with margins on all four sides and showing plate number ‘2’ at top. With various constant flaws including ‘stop and broken tail at base of ‘s’ of ‘British’’ on positions R3/2, R3/4, R3/6, R7/4 and R7/6. Also showing the ‘nail head’ (at base of R7/5-6). Creasing affects one column and one row, otherwise most stamps very fine unmounted mint. A very scarce multiple. SG 32
