1891 Cape 2d bistre with overprint (stereo) reading upwards. An UPPER LEFT PANE OF 60 with margins on all four sides showing plate number ‘2’ at top. Row 3/3 with variety No stop after 'Bechuanaland'. Also showing various constant flaws including ‘stop and broken tail at base of ‘s’ of ‘British’’ on positions R3/2, R3/4, R3/6, R7/2 and R7/6. Light toning mainly confined to the reverse, otherwise fine mint. A very scarce multiple. SG 32, 32a
