The reverse with printed boxed spaces for years 1936 to 1941 with the first two boxes each bearing a UPU ½d overprinted ‘Ondonga' (vertically) and surcharged ‘5/-’ in red, overlapping, and each tied by a bilingual ‘Native Commissioner’ oval cachet with ‘1950’ or ‘1951’ added in manuscript alongside. Folded horizontally, affecting one adhesive (which has other faults) and some minimal soiling. Rare. |
