| 1897-1902 QV ‘Jubilee’ issue. Complete set of seven, ½d to 6d with both ½d’s, each handstamped ‘SPECIMEN’ (Samuel type GB15, not recorded on the ½d vermilion). The 4d with surface scuff and a few with adhesions from affixing, otherwise very fine and remarkably fresh mint. Clear PFSA certificate (1980) for the ½d blue-green. A rare set. SG 59-65 Specimen var
