1888 Unappropriated Dies £5 lilac and black. Bearing a forged ‘638’ numeral cancellation similar to the genuine though with curved side bars. RPS certificate (2013) states ‘cleaned of a manuscript fiscal obliteration’ though the stamp has very good colour and shows no obvious signs of cleaning. Unusual. SG 21
