Bearing an oval BSAC 5/- revenue stamp embossed in deep green with manuscript cancellation and with facsimile signature of the ‘Collector’ handstamped in violet. Central folds resulting in some staining and splitting. Very rare. Ex the collection of Joe Ross. |
