| 3d, un-issued colour magenta and brown overprinted 'WATERLOW & SONS LTD / SPECIMEN', small security puncture, plus 2d large Falls likewise un-issued colours red-brown and violet similarly overprinted. Applied to printed 'WATERLOW & SONS LIMITED' publicity card prepared for the Spanish market along with a further six issued stamps from various colonies. Each with their respective 'S.T.' number above, and each with a curious 'tick' mark alongside. A rare survivor in this format. SG 33, 35 specimen / printer's sample |
