| 1937 15th December, cover bearing KGVI ½d and 1d plus KGV ½d and 1d Leopards (SG 130, 131, 114, 115), cancelled ZOMBA and addressed to the United States. Original contents enclosed being two printed GENERAL POST OFFICE, ZOMBA, NYASALAND PROTECTORATE forms, the first a receipt for the stamps on the cover to the value of 3d, the second an order form for postal items available at the time, ½d to £10 with the 4/- and £10 endorsed 'Cancelled', further listing Postcards, Registered Envelopes (sizes F, G and H). Highly unusual survivors. |
