| BECHUANALAND PROTECTORATE 1913 (9th January), large part envelope sent registered to ‘The Postmaster / Mafeking’. Bearing a horizontal, right marginal strip of three of the KEVII 6d Postal Fiscal (SG F1) tied by two strikes of the PALAPYE STATION BECHUANALAND PROT. (9 JAN 13) triple circle datestamp. The reverse with red wax seal and light arrival datestamp. A very rare example of this issue postally used and a most attractive franking with the orange adhesives on a blue envelope.
