| 1876 Stamp commission printing on stout hard-surfaced paper, imperforate. 6d deep blue with good to large margins. Showing the ‘ZES’ flaw position [L36]. Small corner creases, otherwise fine used with ‘26’ target-type cancellation, currently unattributed to a specific postal agency though probably Sterkfontein (TP111, p71). A very scarce variety and a rare postmark. SG 63c var |
