1966 Independence overprints 2/6, showing major variety VERMILION PRINTING OMITTED, with the merest trace on tail. Superb unmounted. RARE in this condition. SG 369 var.
Note: this variety was previously only known CTO (from First Day covers) and on the overprinted issue. This example is somewhat more of a complete omission than the previously seen examples, where there is inevitably some trace of the vermilion evident towards the tail of the fish.
