| 1895, page from a Land Transfer document (now folded for display), with a delightful and intricate hand drawn and coloured illustration of the area concerned, applied with 5/-, 10/- and £1 Arms (SG 8, 50, 73), cancelled in ink and further red 'SURVEYOR GENERAL'S OFFICE' cachets. The land in question being an area in Borrowdale, Salisbury, noted at base as being originally issued to Frank Johnson & Coy. Ltd. in March 1895, although superseded by this on the 4th July, 1899. A highly attractive items of much appeal. |
