| c1943 printed 'SOUTHERN RHODESIA / POST OFFICE SAVINGS BANK / STAMP SAVINGS CARD' on rough buff card. Applied with KGVI 6d x two and 1/- and three x 3d large Falls (SG 44, 48, 35b) with the instructions that the card to be filled with the equivalent of 5/- worth of stamps and then redeemed as a deposit to a Savings Bank Account. This obviously not done which presumably enabled it to survive. Some creasing, most unusual. |
