Postal History 1903 (21st August), QV ½d postal stationery card addressed to Reddersburg, Orange River Colony the readdressed to Bloemfontein. The imprinted stamp is cancelled with a CAPE TOWN (21 Aug) double circle datestamp. The reverse with a privately printed colour photographic advertisement for ‘THE “NATIONAL” CASH REGISTER CO.’ The card received a REDDERSBURG (24 Aug) single circle datestamp struck in violet, and a Bloemfontein (26 Aug) arrival datestamp. A rare and attractive card.
