Showing the variety OVERPRINT DOUBLE, the first being characteristically light and partially overlapped by a second heavier overprint above. A few light hinge marks, otherwise very fine fresh mint. Very rare. BPA certificate (1993) which states "variety double (SG 55a) and misplaced". SG 55a
