The cover with a photographically transposed image of Rissik Street Post Office and descriptive text of contents, the reverse with handwritten piece copied and applied giving the inland and airmail postage rates of 11c. Internally applied with panes of ten of both the 1c and 10c buildings definitive stapled at left. Endorsed in red ink on front cover '9 Mei 84'. UNIQUE. Ex. Herman Steyn collection.
