Bearing 1s Rhodes Centenary cancelled with special exhibition datestamp. Addressed to England although underpaid and struck with violet 'UNDERSTAMPED AND SURCHARGED' cachet plus '8d', the reverse duly applied with pair GB 4d dues on reverse. Most unusual and not previously seen. |
