Bearing a Belgian Congo 25c overprinted ‘EST AFRICAIN ALLEMAND / OCCUPATION BELGE. / DUITSCH OOST AFRIKA / BELGISCHE BEZETTING' in blue and tied by a KIGOMA (6 JA 19) double circle datestamp. The flap with printed scroll ‘KING’S AFRICAN RIFLES’. Tear at upper left extending through flap, otherwise fine.
