| 1970-71 decimal definitive, 'RSA' tete-beche wmk., phosphor bands. Complete set of 14 values printed on Harrison paper, lower left or right corner blocks of four showing cylinder numbers in margins, the ½c, 1c, 1½c and 2½c all four 'A, B, C and D' types the remaining 2c, 3c - 20c 'A' and 'B' types. A complete range of the various paper types, 3mm or 5mm bands, reversed watermark for the ½c and 1c although this lacking the 'A' pane (which would appear to be remarkably difficult to find) and without the rare 2½c RSA left or reversed types. A total of 75 blocks. Very fine or superb unmounted. A difficult assembly.
