With an originating POMEROY GAOL / MSINGA oval cachet struck in violet with ‘Official free’ inserted in manuscript and a POMEROY (11 FEB) double circle arrival datestamp below. The reverse with printed ‘REMINDER’ concerning a firewood tender and a second oval cachet. Ink stain at base. Unusual. |
