Set, in un-issued colours black and ochre, black and pale blue, overprinted 'WATERLOW & SONS Ltd. / SPECIMEN' (Samuel type WS1) diagonally at base, IMPERFORATE and without security punctures. Very fine with large margins all round on ungummed paper as released. An extremely RARE set. SG 62-63 specimen / printer's samples
