1892 Arms, 2/-, 2/6 lilac, 5/-, 10/-, £2, £5 and £10, each perforated IMPL. INST. by the Imperial Institute. All with gum, some light faults including 5/- oxidised. An extremely rare group. SG 5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13 vars.
Note: a number of these are ex. Simpson, although not all. Many years ago we sold the 6d and £1 duties similarly perforated, which are missing from this group. Combined, it may well be that this is a UNIQUE set. |
