1918 March, envelope bearing ½d pair and 1½d Admirals, lightly cancelled and obscured by tape, but apparently 'SALISBURY', addressed to Switzerland. Opened at top and resealed with printed red bilingual 'OPENED BY CENSOR. / 99' tape and further struck with black 'PASSED CENSOR / C 14' cachet. Arrival backstamp for the 7th March. Attractive and uncommon.
