Bearing a single 1d carmine ‘Table Mountain’ (SG 69) tied by a neat VRYBURG C.G.H (OC 13) single circle datestamp. Showing large oval cachet ‘PRESS CENSOR / 13 OCT 1901 / VRYBURG’ struck in violet. Upington (NO 3) squared circle arrival backstamp. The reverse also showing cachet of ‘Mischin & Sonnenberg, Attorneys & Notaries, &c, Vryburg & Mafeking.’ Fault at upper left, otherwise fine.
