| REVENUE 1902 KEVII 1/- to £25 set of nine, the original De La Rue File copies, each with ‘SPECIMEN’ overprint (Samuel Type D9 in red on the 1s and 2s or Type D12 in black on the 2s6d to £25). Each is affixed to a small piece of archive paper, the 2s6d with manuscript annotation ‘120 set key + ovpts / 1/- + 2/-’, indicating the sheet size for the 1/- and 2/- duties was doubled to 120, which are each dated ‘Sep 02’. A magnificent and unique set. Ex De La Rue archives and illustrated in ‘The De La Rue Collection’ p.8313.
