REVENUE 1902-1906 KEVII complete set of all nine duties, 1/- to £25, comprising a complete set of six of the 1906 issue on watermark multiple Crown CA paper (1/-, 2/-, 2/6, 5/-, £1, £25) and the balance (10/-, £5 and £10) on the earlier 1902 issue on watermark Crown CC paper. Each an upper or lower marginal example handstamped ‘SPECIMEN’ (Samuel type SA5) for presentation to the Royal Empire Society in 1910. All are fresh mint with light hinge remnants. UNIQUE, with only one set of postage and revenue stamps of each Colony being prepared for the visit. A magnificent set.
Note: the set of nine represents those duties that were available in 1910 and includes the 10/-, £5 and £10 with the Crown CC watermark as they were not printed on the later multiple Crown CA paper.
