| RAILWAY 1907 KEVII ½d yellow-green with ‘S / A R’ perfin (with ‘C’ removed). BLOCK OF 12 (3x4) with many stamps showing blunt pins failing to puncture the paper. Some reinforced splitting and light staining, otherwise fine used with Bloemfontein (17 OCT 10) double circle datestamps. A scarce multiple. SG RO21
