KUT 1938 (?) KGVI 50c definitive, perf. 13 x 11¾, purple and black (shade). Lower left corner block of four showing vignette plate '1A' in margin further with black engine turning at base. Very fine unmounted, clean white gum. Most unusual and scarce. SG 144 shade
Note: although showing the same plate number / style as the original 1938 printing, the shade and gum are distinctly different from that. This must be assumed as a later printing., |
