| 1932 (12th December), First Day of Issue of the KGV ‘Cattle and Baobab’ ½d green on buff postal stationery card (H&G 7 / BBS PC19). Addressed to Pietermaritzburg and uprated with the addition of a KGV ½d green (SG 99) tied by two strikes of LOBATSI (12 Dec) double circle datestamps. The message reads “First postcard of first issue of new B.P. stamps”. A very scarce card unused or used. |
