Addressed to Mafeking, bearing a pair of KEVII 1d scarlet (SG 68) tied by SEROWE BECHD PROT (27 Oct) double circle datestamps. The embossed stamp is cancelled in manuscript and a registration number inserted at upper left. Backstamped PALAPYE STATION / BECHUANALAND PROT (28 Oct) triple circle transit and Mafeking (29 Oct) arrival datestamps. |
