| 1913 (28th April), KEVII 2d+1d registered postal stationery envelope surcharged ‘DUTY 4d’ (size F, BBS RE29 / H&G C9). Addressed to Natal, bearing a block of four KEVII ½d yellowish green (SG 67) with a further pair affixed to the reverse, all tied by RAMOUTSA / B.P (28 Apr) single circle datestamps. With ‘Ramoutsa / 59’ registration number in manuscript. A few edge faults, otherwise very fine. |
