| 1934 (2nd November), postcard used domestically, addressed to Gaberones. Bearing a single KGV 1d scarlet ‘cattle and baobab’ (SG 100) tied by a LOBATSI (2 Nov) double circle datestamp. The reverse with printed heading ‘BECHUANALAND COLD STORAGE CO., LIMITED / Lobatsi Creamery’ with details of prices for various grades of butter. Small edge tear at top, otherwise fine used and a fine example of the internal 1d postcard rate. |
