Affixed to small piece ex the Madagascar Archives. The stamps are tied by two large circular cachets ‘POSTES ET TÉLÉGRAPHES / COLLECTION / DE / BERNE / MADAGASCAR struck in red. A unique strip sent from the UPU in Berne to the Madagascar Post Office. SG 71s var. |
