| 1930 COMPLETE SET OF NINE DIE PROOFS of the completed frames, printed in black and applied in composite settings to a pair of proof sheets, each showing full die sinking, the first with duties 3/-, 7/6, 10/-, £1 and £2, the second with high denomination duties £5, £10, £20 and £50. Each proof sheet has been initialled twice and endorsed ‘for hardening’. The sheet of the lower denominations with creasing. An important and intact complete set of archival proofs. Very rare and attractive. |
