1927 (9th June), envelope addressed to England. Bearing a block of four KGV ½d green (SG 91) cancelled with a central MAUN (9 Jun) double circle datestamp. The upper right adhesive with corner fault and showing variety ‘O’ for ‘C’ in ‘PROTECTORATE’. With Livingstone / N. Rhodesia (24 Jun) transit backstamp showing the postal route for mail from Maun (and Kasane) which connected with the Rhodesian railway. With red manuscript endorsement detailing place and date of posting.
