Cape of Good Hope ½d grey-black overprinted with forged ‘British Bechuanaland’ in green which has been applied to a used stamp with an East London datestamp. The word ‘Bechuanaland’ is about 1mm too long. Forgeries of this issue are uncommon. Ex Brian Hurst Collection. SG 30 (Forgery)
