| 1979 5th September, printed 'PRESS STATEMENT' issued by the Department of Information. 'COMBINED OPERATIONS HEADQUARTERS COMMUNIQUE', printed both sides, giving the latest details of the ongoing Terrorist War, latest atrocities committed by them and the Security Forces response. The deaths in action of three members of the security forces, abduction and murder of voluntary hospital worker, murder of six black civilians. A fascinating account from the time, and no doubt a very scarce survivor. |
