| 1895 Cape 2d bistre with overprint (typeset) reading downwards. BLOCK OF 48 (6x8) comprising the upper eight rows of a left-hand pane (split between rows five and six) with margins on three sides and showing plate number ‘2’ in the upper margin. Hinge marks on two and in margin, otherwise superb unmounted mint. A very scarce multiple. SG 39
