1925 (18th July), envelope addressed to Cape Town bearing a single KGV King’s Head 2d dull purple (SG 6) tied by a fine strike of the bilingual SOUTH AFRICA / ROYAL TOUR (18 JUL 25) oval datestamp with Union Coat-of-Arms above.
 
According to an official S.A.R. Royal Tour itinerary published in Reisener (‘The Special and Commemorative Postmarks, Cachets and Covers of South Africa 1892-1975’, p19), the Royal Tour was in Bechuanaland Protectorate on the 18th July.
